Im having a similar moment where I am realising I am enough. The drive for success is strange because I was always chasing something or saying im lole my idols. Now im getting back into the blues properly and enjoying it like I haven’t in years. If success makes you hide from your wounds is it actually success despite fame despite awards?

There’s incredible power in repetition and belief. I was asked do a similar exercise but in my case, I was told to sit still, close my eyes, and keep repeating the phrase ‘GOD LOVES ME’. For almost three weeks, I did this every morning and night. At first, nothing seemed different but then the breakthrough came at the begginning of the fourth week, I began to believe it, and that belief was life‑changing.
I felt unstoppable, with a mindset that I could take on anything. I started pursuing long‑cherished dreams and tackling challenges I once thought were beyond me. And now, I live with the conviction that with God’s backing, I cannot fail. If it worked for me, it can work for anyone willing to commit to doing it. But make sure to keep going until you believe it
I still do it at least three times a week now

You have a traumatic memory from your early childhood that caused a shame response. So the question is what caused it. What experience created this traumatic memory.

If you ever get overwhelmed by everything in life, Anwen Reid’s anxiety quiz might be worth looking at. It can help you reflect on the way stress and uncertainty affect you personally.

Climate strategist Joojin Kim spent years convincing banks across South Korea to stop funding coal, and it worked. Now he’s aiming that same playbook at a new target: maritime shipping, a hidden engine of the global economy — and one of the world’s dirtiest industries. He breaks down how the whole system converges in one place and why redirecting finance could transform it into a driver of a clean economy worldwide. (This ambitious idea is part of The Audacious Project, TED’s initiative to inspire and fund global change.) (Recorded at TED2026 on April 15, 2026)
