Tell me this. If a company is growing revenue, but when you investigate, the revenue to expenses is always less. Are you really growing anything of value? In the CPU age – yes because of amazing margins. In the AI GPU stage. Nope

I personally saw lots of foreign slave labor in the labs in many famous universities and at many silicon valley tech companies. Most of these foreign researchers and tech workers later became democrat party supporters.

What worries me is how all these companies, some brand spanking new, are borrowing billions of dollars as if they are sitting on a sure fire thing. But they’re not. Out of the dozens upon dozens of AI companies trying to get their foot in the door, maybe 10% will be around ten years from now. And AI is not like other business models. You can’t simply buy out your competitors and roll their business into your’s. Because if they have an under performing model, you’re not going to want to incorporate their programming into your’s. Sure, you can buy their infrastructure. But most of the loaned money will inevitably go to programming and training. And if the model ultimately fails, all that money is wasted. So what happens when all these companies begin failing and the final 3-4 take over everything? That’s going to be a whole lot of defaulting on debt. And filing of bankruptcy. It’s a mad scramble to the top, and most companies won’t make it. And when they fail, the billions they have invested into training will simply vanish right along with the model. It’s literally a bubble that will violently burst in due time. But what do I know. I’m no financier nor programmer.
