    False DMCA claims aren’t just shady, they’re illegal. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), companies that knowingly abuse takedowns can be held responsible. Creators like GamerNexus should band together for a class action so this doesn’t keep happening.

    There’s no question that Uncle Sam has to be involved in both the chip market and AI going forward. By involved I mean ‘skin in the game’. This AI race has to be won by Uncle Sam. Failure is not an option. We have to be making the most advanced chips, and we have to be making them right here in America.
