Strength and flexibility. You might want to do stretching and fitness (strength, core, cardio). Exercises to improve balance. You might want to hire a coach for this. Also, exercises for the mind. I would suggest to start hitting local playgrounds, outdoor workout-spots, forests, parks and start to play like a kid again (using the slides, climbing, using the swings, try to walk over small ridges on the streets, etc).

I love the idea but I’m almost never dressed appropriately for movement (incl carrying a bag), plus everyone thinks it’s inappropriate to move freely and playfully as an adult.
