I want one for love and support but I don’t have the heart to go through a pet death again.

Hi, I am Kendra. The energy of Love can be felt around you, always. 💓

It is incredibly painful. I’ve had dogs all my life. I’m 62 now. I’ve dealt with loss by death, both thru terminal illness & sudden death and by disappearance to the tune of at least 15 canines in a period of 56 years.
      It. Does. Not. Get. Easier.
BUT there are so so many that need love. They need us!

@nowcanyouhearme Ditto. 52 here. I’ve been rescuing animals since I was a kid, worked in rescue, only adopted the rescue animals that were there the longest – my heart just can’t take it anymore

This is such a cool job.

I wish the puppies in the south could be transported from kill shelters to a more urban area where they could be trained to help people.

      Or accompany people in prisons.
The Guardian did a beautiful and heartbreaking article about prisoners and their dogs, called Mi Perro.

Animals are not here to be used. Stop breeding, selling and buying and using all animals. It is as bad as child trafficking. Stop being so effing Selfish. Humans do not NEED to use animals at All
