This tech could be good for people who have problems walking and with foot pain.

A device that’s trying to squeeze money from people because they know people want all the little details. Why do people need all of these details?. Why can’t they just run and focus on running?

    • AirChreece

      March 5, 2021 at 7:18 pm

If you just want to exercise, just put your shoes on and go run! If you want to be better in this sport you can read these details and determine what can you change…

we are programmed to walk and sprint.. not running.. we invented running.. that’s why there are so many darn issues. Which animals run like us? they only walk or sprint. I know. You think I am full of BS. Take a moment and think about it.

    • AirChreece

      March 5, 2021 at 7:19 pm

I’m not an expert, but I’ve watched a lot of videos from coaches. To me it seems like you should straighten your body and push your hips forward more when you run. The hips being pushed forward will move your body weight and thus not putting so much stress on your joints. I strongly suggest you should get help from a running coach though. Runstreak day 691 here.

It’s a great idea, but I have a shop near me that lets me check my foot strikes for free before trying shoes that should suit my running style. I don’t think it’s necessarily something you need constant info on.

Just go to a running store and they can check your foot metrics and show you what shoes are best. Pretty simple instead of using this contraption.

You ever thought about getting a shoe with less heel? You favor your heal because it’s relatively comfortable to land on them. If you had less cushion, you’ll quickly find out how uncomfortable it is to constantly land on your heel. Then you’ll automatically run on your forefoot more. Run barefoot for a minute and you’ll see what I mean.
