This or x360 x4 for $400 from Costco?

If you have the budget go for the Insta360 x4. It allows you to capture video in all directions and edit POV later! If you don’t wanna worry about editing etc. go with the one featured here.

The reason to get the “Go” series is you want the smallest dang action camera you possibly can. You want to put it in places where nothing else would fit, or need something super stealthy. The x4 gets you the ability to shoot 360 and reframe later. The Ace Pro 2 is WAY higher quality (or really any other standard action camera, eg DJI Osmo Action/GoPro) sensor, better low light performance, higher FPS, longer battery life – you name it.

The Go series is all about that tiny size.

1:00 do you mean 128 gb of STORAGE? Memory typically means RAM

      Yes

There is a GO 3/GO 3S Magnet Pendant Safety Cord silicon case that Insta360 and 3rd party vendors make, which I always use whenever I go skiing. I always use it when skiing like a car dash camera (recall Gwyneth Paltrow). Also, I can superimpose my telemetry information automatically, such as speed/elevation/direction/coordinates, with my Garmin watch. The best features is that the phone software will auto edit the highlights and provide clips for me. Instead of the 128GB version, use the money to get the Go 3 downloader to quickly transfer and empty out the video clips onto the microSD card during lunch break.

I recently bought a SJCam 100 Plus and it has decent stabilization if properly fixed on a mount and have a very good microphone. Much cheaper device.
