As someone who wears glasses to see & can’t switch to contacts, interested in how these can be integrated for us or if we’re just SOL.

Yo you are the only person who is not q bot so pat yourself on the back🎉😊

Imagine having all these scantily clad bots glazing your glasses with AI slop. Hard pass from me.

      May 21, 2025 at 5:05 pm

They said onstage one of the presenters was using them with prescription lenses and they will be compatible. I assume if you have a very high prescription though they won’t be.

@@CoryLincourt thanks! Now I just have to get my insurance to pay for these. 😅

    • @CNET

      May 21, 2025 at 5:42 pm

At the demo booth they had someone there to grab your prescription and slot in the right lenses.

Can you record videos with this like the Ray-Ban Meta quest glasses and can you see what you’re looking at while you’re recording

    • @kingkringle

      May 21, 2025 at 9:38 pm

Yes they show this in the keynote. There is a little display in the right lens.

  5. @OneManOnFire

    I can’t wait till October

  6. @dupre7416

Google, the company that can’t stop bots from ruining YouTube? Sure, I’m going to put this on my face. NOT.

  7. @cktkawmedy

    May 21, 2025 at 6:39 pm

Can they use transition prescription lens?

  8. @BeardsBaconTech

    May 21, 2025 at 9:46 pm

Can you use these with an iPhone? So that you can download your video onto your iPhone that you record or your photos because I have an iPhone how will you be able to get media or information off of the glasses?

    • @meric12131415

      May 22, 2025 at 12:33 am

Oh definitely not most likely for just Andriod devices if I had to guess

    • @eyeswulf

      May 22, 2025 at 1:26 am

It’s Android based so that’s going to based on someone (most likely Apple) making a packager for the app to work on iOS

  9. @meric12131415

    May 22, 2025 at 12:32 am

So this is sort of like the meta ray bans eh? Very interesting🤔

  10. @meric12131415

    May 22, 2025 at 12:33 am

Honestly for a sec I thought this video was about the new Andriod version of one ui and I’m glad it isn’t🤣

  11. @GutoGerbase

    May 22, 2025 at 2:05 am

Do we know anything about battery life?

  12. @fragment97

    May 22, 2025 at 4:40 am

Frame is super thick. Similar to the Metas. Hope they can get more compact

  13. @justin4942

    May 22, 2025 at 1:35 pm

Finally, after 10+years, Google Glass is about to become reality.
My concern is how the company they’ll partner with will handle the battery based on Meta Rayban’s lack of replacement for the battery itself or the whole product.

    May 22, 2025 at 2:54 pm

I hope apples comes out soon to

  15. @rightfromleft

    May 22, 2025 at 3:51 pm

I remember the first time I used Apple Vision Pro and I was genuinely blown away like this. Now not so much, no genuine utility and a bit of a waste of money 🙂

  16. @musicimpact7120

    May 22, 2025 at 3:59 pm

Personally i still wanted google glass.
