12:45 He says it’s legal for an ICE agent to demand your papers without a warrant. This is false, because the 4th amendment (the supreme law of the land) prohibits it. What he “means” is that our corrupt legal system has created a precedent where ICE officers are allowed to do this and the courts will side with them over the individuals whose rights are being infringed.
Please stop using the language of the tyrant and saying things like “legal” when it is just an inaccurate word that they’ve coopted as propaganda. It is highly illegal. In fact “supremely illegal” as the 4th amendment is part of this supreme law of the land.

    Fight propaganda with truth.

P.S. Fun fact- even if the Supreme Court rules saying that the 4th amendment doesn’t apply, THEY are also wrong, because they cannot overrule the Constitution. All they can do is participate in the corrupt illegality of jurisprudence violating their Constitutional oaths.

FYI- Consulates are co-located alongside embassies. Often they are inside the embassy. The US also has consulates outside the capital (where embassies are always located). Hope that helps! ❤, former diplomat

disagree on the marriage for green card. You can’t marry for the primary purpose of obtaining an immigration benefit. But people marry, even those that don’t want a green card, for all sorts of reasons. You want to have children or have companionship. Your family arranged your marriage – so you may not be in love but you have taken the vows and are doing it to be a couple and live as a married couple for life. The idea of romantic love isn’t inherently necessary for a “bona fide marriage”.

I want to know why the emphasis is on deportation instead of making it easier for people to become citizens, besides racism? Wouldn’t we want more people to be here legally to pay income tax? Wouldn’t we want more citizens paying into the pot? Wouldn’t we want more entrepreneurs (because immigrants often value Americas’ free enterprise system in a way that many natural born citizens take for granted). More business owners creates the backbone for a middle class. So why wouldn’t the US make it a top priority to train more immigration judges to take on more cases to get people through the system faster? Or make the fees for immigrating lower, knowing that the taxes they’ll pay as citizens will make up for it? Or instead of bribing people to become ICE with $100k+ salaries, put that money towards moving the system online and streamlining the process of background checking and moving forward with the immigration process?

I love how at 7:30 he talks so positively about undocumented immigrants being important for the job market and US economy by taking jobs American’s won’t take because they don’t pay enough, and then at 26:50 talks about how it’s a crime to hire undocumented immigrants lmao. Definitely a blind eye on this paradox, because we need the slave labor to keep cheap goods, cheap.

I have personally seen social workers tell people, ” If you do not have a social security number, do not worry about it. You can get approved without it.” Multiple times. So……

Texas know how many legal and how many illegal immigrants commit crimes. The only question is: how can you calculate crime rate, if you don’t know how many illegal immigrants in the state?

  113. @mtnairpilot

    September 21, 2025 at 11:33 pm

Most of these videos present objective expertise on a subject. This one is heavily biased against the current administration’s policies. Maybe this shouldn’t be surprising since his job is defending immigrants, but it should be considered when listening to his opinions.

One example is the mathematical fallacy that illegal immigrants commit crimes at a lower rate than American citizens. Even if that is true (doubtful) as a fact in isolation, every crime committed by an illegal immigrant is a crime that wouldn’t have been committed had they not been here. So, they do drive up total crime with each crime they commit.

Another is the idea that they pose no drain on our medical system. The emergency rooms are packed with illegal immigrants, who know that hospitals are required to treat everyone regardless of status. Those costs get passed on to everyone in the form of higher medical fees and insurance premiums.

    • @edman79

      September 22, 2025 at 10:24 am

Yes. His conflict of interest is apparent. In the question of do illegals vote, ah no, but yes. So they do vote sometimes. Regardless if it’s legal or not.

  114. @NickShl

    September 21, 2025 at 11:47 pm

I am pretty sure this lawyer are wrong about stateless people, because of… “Jus Sanguinis”! If “Jus Soli” would be removed(and I think it should – it introduced to solve particular problem in particular time) any one who born in the US by illegal aliens or visitors will get the same citizenship as their parents. In fact, it happens today – those kids have at leas two citizenships.

So one samll correction. an Expat is a foreigner who stays temporary in a country with no intent of immigration. However this term is often used to refer to westerners(eg Americans) who live abroad(Italy, Germany, Qatar). An immigrant in the strictest sense of the word are those who move to a country with the intent to stay permanently. So those on non-immigrant visas(H1b, TN, O1) are expats in the USA

And? The electoral college was designed for an era when the plebs didn’t know sh1t and didn’t demand actual vote or even say who gets elected and we still have it. Simple 1 citizen, 1 vote, majority wins should be implemented instead like yesterday without the clownery that is electors and also people shouldn’t have less say in things just because they live in more populous state. Empty pastures shouldn’t have say in the Capitol.

Been crossing the border since 2010s when the cartels were running even wilder and it is not what the media shows at all, but that’s okay, it’ll keep the white americans away and that is a big plus.
