    People will not communicate on such apps that tracks them. Just basic thing.
    This will reduce usage of skype/lync for people who actually wanna communicate emotions there as they might be judged for it.

      HR is pretty important. Think about: reduction in force, benefits, hires, terminations, written warnings, recruiting, employee relations, leave of absence, payroll, compensation, etc. But I think this idea is like spying and not interested in this.
