I am currently looking for employment and I am a terrible interviewee. I am a good employee, smart and quick to learn but do not interview well at all. This causes me great stress and makes my pursuit of a job a slow and painful process. I would love to see more companies put your practices to work. Thank you for sharing.

I already do this. Since I hire data scientists and machine learning engineers being able to respond well under pressure is not critical (especially since operating under pressure is usually a sign of bad management not poor skill). The only problem with my method is that it takes about 3 interviews ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 hours (although that has break time factored in).

Once somebody is trying to stress me out already at interview that is a good thing: I already know that I shouldn’t waste my time on these guys. There are tons of other companies over the market who are not concerned with these psychological manipulations.

The “Job Process” has been destroyed by The Interweb. The only thing about online capabilities that I abhor.

also, (and this is something i wish i could scream at my boss) while you might be interviewing for a particular position (say, desk clerk) maybe consider that the candidate might be suited to another open position (like in the factory/workshop bit of the company)???? just maybe the stuttering guy who is too square and uninventive to succesfully navigate a customer complaint is the perfect fit for working alone with a machine that yields the same result every time??? but nooooo. “he has a speech impediment therefore he’s trash” *sigh*

I always thought why don’t companies do this more often. It would be a massive confidence boost to be told that they are confident in you being able to do a job you yourself didn’t consider before.

Every company should have a shrink or (in better words) a performance enhancer/coach to select the best candidates for the job. This performance enhancer would essentially act as the shrink of the company, someone to go to when things are not working or to make your work ethic better. In a perfect work environment there should always be a “Wendy Rhoades from the tv show Billions”, because i feel like in so many jobs, people lose hope and work ethic, and then that turns into a disaster waiting to happen. It has happened to me in so many dead end jobs. The only people i were able to communicate with were my co workers, and they would rat me out to the manager for complaining about my problems at work…and then i’d go home and drink to escape the negative workplace that evening, which i assume everyone working there did the same.

But if the company had a performance coach, then i really think people would start getting problems off of their chests, and be able to communicate better with other coworkers in a positive way….this is essentially what K-12 has for many students who cannot verbally or physically express themselves to other students, and the school steps in to help teach the student how to participate in a positive way. If performance coaches were to be implemented in large corporations and work down the chain, i feel as if society as a whole would change to become more positive, rather than lost and not understanding what their purpose is, leading to more anger, humiliation isolation, and envy towards peers.

I AGREE…also, we have alot of buddying up ….as I call it….fixing the slots as you will….the slots being jobs open in businesses…..we have friends and families getting jobs then bringing in there familiars….if you get hired over them ….the rest of the crew harasses and undermines your work ….I’ve had said people put god knows what in my coffee….so I get ill….try to pull one over and suck up to the boss by telling lies and saying things that destroyed my reputation…..even vandalize my vehicle ….I had a person tell me I wasnt wanted at my job because I made the others look bad….because I worked too hard… eventually had to quit from the emotional toxicity ..this went on and on….I have ten letters of recommendations…more if I wanted….my work was always my passion so these people didn’t just ruin my life but made the companies I worked for close after a while….its a sad thing to see….but if you report bad behavior in the work enviroment….these people will never leave you alone…even if you quit…
They will send others to constantly mess with you……I’m thinking its gang related…..and if you can’t stop this ….your words dont matter…because no business will survive….nobody is safe …..😔

Remove the hiring process completely, that is the only way to make it better. Humans require the freedom to move around and try different things. A hiring process just gets in the way of that in various ways. What humanity needs is a system that allows people to employ themselves into availabilities without the human corrupted judgements

Nice video and some really valid points.
Really learnt a lot from this video.
Anyone else considering making some extra cash on the side pending the pandemic? You could try Forex and then check out Nicola Delic on youtube. He’s a renowned forex trader and I actually had him manage my funds some months back where I started out with $1500 and made an extra $750 in a week. That’s 50% of what I invested. Thank me later. 👍

If you think it’s hard to leave a relationship, but you are experiencing any sign of infidelity you need to say to yourself, “I can do better,” and just leave.  I had no choice but to contact a professional tech guy who I got introduced to by my friend, he helped me hack my partners phone and I found out he was cheating , I even got to see his deleted messages, pictures and videos. I had no choice but to confront him and leave the relationship Because it became too toxic for me. I know someday I would find the right man for me. Incase you need the same service from the professional tech guy , you can contact him through Gmail : cyberhackanswers @ gmail. com or Text/WhatsApp: ‪+1 626 578 5544, or send him a dm on instagram @blonde_hacker_ infidelity hurts.
stating what you want him to do, he’s affordable. No one deserves to be cheated on. i confronted him . At first it hurt so much, but then suddenly, I felt free and good. Trust me, it’ll feel a lot better once you accept that the relationship is over.

Thanks to everyone taking their time to read this testimony on how my son was saved from Autism.
He was diagnosed four years ago, and he’s just 6, I have tried several treatments and medications, nothing was working out, this got me frustrated and depressed. I kept praying and finally God answered my prayers when someone from youtube introduced me to this doctor from his home country and gave me his contact details.
I called and explained my son’s condition after which I made an order for his herbal remedy, he asked for my address and the next day I got a tracking number for a parcel sent to me through DHL and after four days I received my order.
It was a liquid herbal medicine and a letter containing the instructions on how to use the herbs, I called him again to confirm and the next morning I started giving my son the herbs as instructed and after one week I noticed great improvement on my son and I continued until the herbs got finished and everything lasted for just one month and now my son is totally free from Autism, he can now talk clearly, behave normally and has no more seizures.
