Look at all these issues and the clear theme is that the motives are to profit by arbitraging regulation. It is a continuous challenge to maintain the integrity of regulations. Then consider bitcoin -it evades all regulation for a catastrophic price. All this BS about BTC gaining acceptance is only about luring chumps into a Ponzi scheme with crazy high fees and no recourse.
