First Images of Mars From NASA Rover
Feb.18 — These are the first pictures of Mars that the NASA rover Perseverance sent back to Earth. The Rover landed today on the Red Planet after travelling 292 million miles since July 30.

It takes a very long time to feed the picture data to Earth in small color bits. Mars is now much father than the Sun. The Data has to be compiled into images, sound and video over a length of time. Be happy it landed safely 11 minutes before we could know it
