So if a law enforcement person federal, state, or local give you an order to do something the best thing you can do is obey and if it was unlawful you get a lawyer and take it to court. On the street isn’t the place for it.

      Wrong. So very wrong.

@shaundenehy4681 The traitorous incel army of Trump set these incidents up. No matter what you do, you will somehow be accused of assaulting them, which in 100% of cases is shown to be a lie.

  4. @BoekelmanSpinelli

    April 3, 2026 at 12:05 pm

this is why you can’t trust them to be objective, they’re literally filming their own abuse.

Is this Border Patrol in the video like the title suggests? Or ICE? Because they’re different.

    • @gristlecat

      April 3, 2026 at 2:18 pm

In the longer video they break down sub units in ICE. Apparently, two units, one called Borstar and one called Bor-something, are disproportionately responsible for fast, violent encounters with injuries to bystanders. I think that’s why there’s confusion like are they border patrol.

    • @shareika

      April 3, 2026 at 4:50 pm

It really does not matter. Both have killed and crippled people without cause and with impunity.

    • @doorzhik

      April 4, 2026 at 1:04 am

Today not so much. Both of these agencies are within the DHS’ structure and under current administration their duties overlap

  6. @rgracia611

    April 3, 2026 at 12:18 pm

You don’t need to commit assault to be taken down to the ground. So many factors come into play to justify going hands on.

    • @pajamaman2989

      April 3, 2026 at 12:23 pm

      Boots tasting good these days?

    • @rgracia611

      April 3, 2026 at 12:29 pm

@pajamaman2989Why? Because I have an opinion with actual real world experience? Im not defending the heavy-handedness that has been going on with ICE. I just commented because the author made it seem like law enforcement needs to justify going hands on and taking to the ground with assault. You don’t.

    • @nunya8001

      April 3, 2026 at 1:04 pm

They do need to justify going hands on. Otherwise you live in a prison and you have no rights. Which is it?

    • @pajamaman2989

      April 3, 2026 at 1:36 pm

@rgracia611First, I appreciate that you’re engaging respectfully despite my snarky comment. The issue is that it sounds like you’re basically saying “law enforcement can do whatever they want, and if they do it, then it’s justified.” This is a slippery slope which robs people of their due freedom. Law enforcement should serve the people, not coerce and control them on behalf of some shady agenda. If there were people being visibly aggressive toward law enforcement in this video, I would better understand what you’re saying.

    • @taylorm3195

      April 3, 2026 at 2:36 pm

@rgracia611 That is utterly ridiculous. All instances of battery and assault must be justified. Legally and morally. You are unhinged and need reeducation.

    April 3, 2026 at 5:27 pm

You know what, I never seen someone getting hurt by police when they do exactly what the police officer told them to.
Most of the time it’s almost always those retards who refused to follow order trying to be smart or irritating the officer.
Even if the officer is new or doesn’t know he is giving you unlawful orders, you will still be better off following that order. Try to be smart and resist will only make things worse.

These communists want to destroy America. And they are good at lying. He is making a lot of assumptions to advance his agenda and make the officers look bad while they are doing their duty. Why these communists wants to obstruct the duties of these officers.

  20. @RDEnduro

    April 4, 2026 at 12:15 pm

I like their move of standing slightly in front of a vehicle, then when it moves they move to the side, shoot and kill the driver, and claim they were going to get run over. Maybe im thinking of ICE actually but i bet they do this too.

  21. @bentan1774

This is why it is so important to teach children that police officers are bad people, and they are NOT their friends.

The rich people, our enemy, converted their wealth protection squads to republican drones for a reason.

It’s ironic that the people who tout resist stickers are also the ones dilluting the meaning of words like violence, resistance, and accountability to make it harder to articulate actual resistance. videos like this only encourage copycats, who inevitably interfere with legal and legitimate operations, and then FAFO and get dealt with appropriately. If you interfere with legal operations expect to get handled like this, as you should for being an absolute moron. idiots who cannot understand logic deserve to have violence teach them the lessons they refuse to learn otherwise.

  30. @Eric-lr3zj

    April 5, 2026 at 1:00 pm

Getting shoved to the ground, arrested, or charged isn’t “state violence” in some abstract revolutionary sense; it’s the direct, proportionate response to disrupting something legal that the rest of society relies on.

  34. @wteverisgud
