    So, errr – How are bombs DISPOSED of? I see how the threat is contained or eliminated, but that still leaves ‘components’. I was curious as to how those components are disposed of; I kinda already knew how they would minimise/contain or eliminate the threat…

    We pay our UXO/EOD Techs way good! And we do the coolest RDT&E.
    We’re one of the biggest with 1.1million acres and over 170,000 square miles of sea as our playground.

    Instead of the bomb suit, why not design a heavily amoured, motorised shield cage on wheels and you only need to expose the bomb technician’s hands when he arrives at the package that way you can minimise the risk
