    *EVERY SPAC deal I hear about* I can’t help but thinking 3 or 5 people are walking away with 10-20% of whatever the deal made was in commissions.

    SPACs should be illegal, it preys on dumb investors who put faith in a person over an actual plan…
    “Here take my money take 20% I’m sure you’ll find a business to buy that will make millions for me” ????????????
