    There may not be huge need to be first, or the biggest. It will be cheaper to do, when it’s more mature. When others have taken the first huge costs. It’s the same with many industries. Could also use the other AIs to train new AI solutions. With that being said, rules and regulations ensure there will be a domestic solution. The US politics have ensured they don’t trust the US. They build a lot of datacenters in Europe now to handle domestic data storage, domestic cloud locations etc. There will be changes on social media and some software as well..

    Not really worth starting up an AI business in EU when there’s a bunch of legislation that kind of makes it a nonstarter (privacy, GDPR, liabilities if a user is harmed, data security requirements, transparency requirements, conformity assements for “high risk” applications)
