    All these talks are so performative it makes me wonder if these are to help the audience or the speakers who crave attention.

      If they weren’t as spirited as they are and just lectured, people would be on them for being too dull and uninteresting. Delivery is a big component of holding the audience’s attention.

    This is a lot of information to digest and hard to follow with this little dialogue they have going on. Keep the “employee” and dress her in a bright orange color and I think she’d have an awesome presentation and easier to absorb.
