In total, nearly $900 million was raised through donations from 340,000 donors in 150 countries to repair Notre Dame. None from the Vatican which is worth $10-16 billion USD.

Such a disappointing waste of money and community. These resources could have fed and clothed many. Remember their hipocrisy. They’d prefer to look at stain glass then the poors depicted on them.

The TED Idea Search wraps up in Amman, Jordan, in a 2,000-year-old Roman amphitheater and in front of a crowd of 4,000.
