      We will soon have a look at uwb its a technology thats available on high end flagship phones (s21 ultra , fold 2 , iPhone Max) but will become standard equipment soon.

      So people (not currently) work and don’t have time to come home to open the door to let the dog exercise so this wouldn’t be a bad innovation but there are other smart dog doors with the sensor collar that also uses microchip that doesn’t have the app and all but works just as great

    I wouldn’t so much worry about the pets’ tail as the resistance to opening the doors with a swift kick or a crowbar.

    Would be better if it recognized your dog by the camera software, instead use a dog-collar.

    they should put a safety feature just like elevators have when it is about to shut on something, to prevent tails from getting caught.
