    80lbs bicycle is crazy

      December 5, 2025 at 5:24 pm

I have an ebike that’s roughly 80 lbs. I barely notice it, while pedaling with no pedal assist, unless going uphill or trying to maneuver in a tight space.

      Aipas M1 Pro.

@JasonONor trying to put it away in the garage, or take it out of the car, or pick it up after falling, shall I go on?

@frankbradford9616it’s heavy, for certain, but I’m no wimp. I also don’t have a garage.

@JasonONlearn to demand more from life

    • @JasonON

      December 6, 2025 at 12:30 pm

@frankbradford9616 demanding more from life is very subjective to the individual.

I do not understand why the gearing of the bike is not connected to the pedals. Without power it’s useless leaving you stranded pushing 80 lbs where you need to go.

Without a fender you get water and mud stain to look like Trumps pants after all day incontinence!

      All for 4,000 bucks.

    • @jacobzackaria5583

      December 6, 2025 at 5:19 pm

nope, without power you still can pedal, its just power assist will be not present

Imagine having to remove the battery every time you lock up your bike

    • @im4udevco

      December 5, 2025 at 5:44 pm

You don’t have to remove it every time. It locks when you walk away or manually lock the bike with a NFC card.

If if if this bike is solidly built and with all the bells and whistles, it’s really not. Seemingly some great features.
Remember, this isn’t being mass assembly produced.
And I say all this while this is way outta reach for me mate.

    • @CJayyTheCreative

      December 7, 2025 at 5:13 am

@JasonJockomoCaresnah it’s way overpriced, I just got a lukeep bike for $500, cheap as chips but quality and fast

      December 7, 2025 at 9:14 am

      @CJayyTheCreative,
Ones in production and the other on Black Friday deal.
      &
I couldn’t even get their web page to open …good luck with the bike mate. 👍

    • @rashad123us

      December 7, 2025 at 12:42 pm

There’s nothing you can compare it to on the market really. It’s even priced at or below VanMoof, Cowboy, and Veloretti, which all have fewer features.

  12. @jeremycorban6752

    December 5, 2025 at 7:52 pm

    Only $5000 dollars 😅

  15. @dznrboy

    December 6, 2025 at 10:29 am

good luck getting it repaired with proprietary parts you will not be able to make repairs with off the shelf parts, and 80 lbs for an e-bike is super heavy
