Novogratz: Bitcoin Won’t Be Used as Currency in Next 5 Years
Oct.23 — Michael Novogratz, founder and chief executive officer of Galaxy Digital Holdings, sees Bitcoin prices going a lot higher but doesn’t see it being used as a transactional currency in the next five years because it is being used as a store of value. BITCOIN is toy monopoly money. Better to buy Facebook, and get free Libra (crypto like bitcoin) and eCommerce as icings on
the cake.
It’s been 10 years and most people still don’t know or care. It’s like a pet rock.
You cannot take gold, silver, and to a large extent bitcoin into a store and buy food yet.

Bitcoin has outperformed all those stocks combined. And bitcoin isn’t meant to be spent. The Mona Lisa, diamonds, and Pappy Van Winkle are also like a pet rock. Are they going to lose their value to lol? No because like bitcoin you don’t spend them. You spend the bad money and hoard the good. Do more homework. Or don’t, bitcoin doesn’t care.
