You just don’t like LG and you would find anything wrong with their phones to dislike. Stop adding your personal feelings in the review just tell us about the phone and what to expect from the company’s newest phone. Thank you

    • KEN BEE

      July 14, 2020 at 2:07 pm

      Yes
Everyone who says anything about LG phones just hates LG
They are all paid by…..all other phone OEMs….to make LG look bad

Everyone knows (secretly) that LG phones are the best thing to happen to mobile phones since the foldable antenna
      😏

    • KEN BEE

      July 14, 2020 at 2:10 pm

If you didn’t want to watch a REVIEW of the phone and what the person thought about it and just wanted to see a list of the specs, wouldn’t it make more sense to just check a product page where they are plainly and dryly listed out?

What’s the internal dac like? Hopefully as good as v30 or V40?

    • Obi Dean

      July 14, 2020 at 2:37 pm

Velvet got no real DAC 🙁

    • Nikhil Chandra

      July 15, 2020 at 7:08 am

It doesn’t have a 32 bit Sabre dac but it definitely has a 16 bit dac with better chip like Samsung S9. I found this on other channel reviews. I own a V30+ and soon to upgrade to Velvet.

You missed a lot of things in this showdown Pretty girl. The great audio through speakers and headphone jack, Great screen, Voice Bokeh feature, Water and Dust resistance IP68 rating not found in One plus 8, Very slim body, ASMR recording, Wireless Charging and so many color variants to choose from. Well now we can expect a not so aggressive review when its about LG.

    • GAMEBOIMARCUS

      July 15, 2020 at 12:54 am

Way to manplain to her. Wow, you’re so cool.

    • Macht Schnell

      July 15, 2020 at 6:58 am

IP68 rating on all One+ 8 from carriers in USA. “Great screen” at 1080p/60Hz? Pretty minimal these days and definitely not “great.”

    • Nikhil Chandra

      July 15, 2020 at 7:05 am

@Macht Schnell 90Hz screens doesn’t make a screen great but the color accuracy and vividness does. LG screens are one of the best in the industry for a long time. I don’t want a 90Hz screen to suck up my battery and that speed is definitely a cherry on top but not a crucial feature on a phone. It’s just trendy. Other reviewers have pointed out how beautiful the 1080p LG screens are on V60 as well as Velvet. Plus it saves a whole lot of battery.

Most phone still have audio jack like Samsung, super load speaker that can heard outside. 2 day battery Life. Dust proof super fast charging and a special glastic material with super AMOLED plus display for under 300

Curved edge phones just aren’t a choice for me. They are impossible to fit glass screen protectors.

    • AJVL

Yup there is no doubt bout that

  22. HLuna52180

    July 14, 2020 at 7:22 pm

You kept comparing to premium phones… it’s NOT. This annoyed me through the whole video. The LG Velvet should stay in it’s lane in comparisons with upper mid-range phones out there not the true flagships out there.

  23. Obrian Tucker

    July 14, 2020 at 9:16 pm

In old Jewish man voice: what is that “VELVET?!” You will date yourself if you get it.

  24. AJVL

Of course the wide angle camera will not be as good as main..its based on sensor n aperture..its a simple thing lol

What’s new, a screen from years ago without a punch hole. Low end specs. Smaller cameras and less cameras I have five for half the cost.
