Great video! Love the comparison to beauty products at start of video!

I don’t get the purpose of iPhone 17 air. Why would anyone want a clearly inferior device just because it’s a bit thinner, although with a huge camera bump?

  3. @Chad_KBH

    March 21, 2025 at 3:36 pm

I don’t know, I really don’t think these round icons are happening people. And if they do it’s just more change for the sake of change and it’s a little weird. Those rounded square icon are a freaking signature of the iPhone. They even match with the shape of the corners of the device and the shape of the camera housing on the back. I suppose if they did this it would definitely mark a shift in strategies for them. Seems they are getting away from their old design philosophy. It’s kind of weird because everybody wanted this and now that it’s here seems like no one really wants it. You almost wish for the old apple that just knew how we wanted it best instead of caving to market pressures to do what everyone else is doing. The old apple wouldn’t be focusing on silly design changes like this They would be focusing on meaningful changes that improve people’s lives. Like an AI that actually works 😂

Why is everyone loosing their minds about a possible redesign of iOS that would change app icon shapes from squares with rounded edges to circles? Who really cares? Tap it and it opens the same app. WOW – how exciting.

  10. @DavidDatura

    March 21, 2025 at 6:06 pm

So new iPhones and iOS are getting uglier and more Android like…not a good move Apple. Round f…ing icons! 😡

    Apple is losing its touch!

    I don’t think you’re correct

    Can’t wait for IOS 19 😊

  14. @Pressbutan

    March 21, 2025 at 6:57 pm

That iOS19 redesign sounds incredibly underwhelming

  15. @markojordany4154

    March 21, 2025 at 7:11 pm

I needed a new iPhone this year and opted for a used iPhone 14pro instead of splashing out on a 16pro. I saves A LOT of money and glad I did. The 16 overpromised and under delivered.

The issue here is people from now on will trust Apple a lot less than before the 16…..!!

  16. @A_12USA

    March 21, 2025 at 7:54 pm

I turned off the Apple Intelligence on my M1 Air couldn’t even easily Voice Ask Siri questions anymore :/ I’ve been using Copilot at work and Gemini at home on my iPhone LOL

  18. @MichaelBrwnJr

    March 21, 2025 at 8:35 pm

The Apple Watch was basically the first Apple device that had the circle icons. It’s been there since the beginning.

  19. @KervaMaster199X

    March 21, 2025 at 8:40 pm

It’s definitely a distraction, I’m sure the redesign was suppose to come out on IOS 20/21.

  20. @ThugByChoice

    March 21, 2025 at 8:46 pm

Bridgette, I think it’s safe to say we’re all still mad at you about the overpriced Star Wars resort that you over hyped.

  21. @dr.yeminswe8860

    March 21, 2025 at 9:05 pm

It doesn’t matter if CNET see AI as “Rat Race” but if Apple see this way and abandoned AI , Apple is pretty much sure to become the next IBM

About time a new A I In An Apple Unbelievable

  23. @vn9528

To save face from AI, they are coming with a new face this year, looks like it 🙀Allow Huawei into market then you will see things flying than walking like now.

  24. @md4zaid

Sarcasm is my favorite humor. Thank you Bridget 😂

  26. @Mr.White1

    March 22, 2025 at 6:41 am

For security reasons I updated my 13pm from 15.7 to 18.3.1 and I hate it. It feels laggy, I see difference in the battery life, the crappy photo gallery etc etc. 15.7 was just perfect. I hope they do it better with iOS 19.

  27. @JCatl3y

    March 22, 2025 at 7:00 am

If they add circles at leat give us the option to choose round squares, they’re much more iconic.

  28. @Quezonol

    March 22, 2025 at 7:03 am

    Android Bridgette? Noooooo…. 🤣

  29. @mg4695

    March 22, 2025 at 7:28 am

Apple is having fewer and fewer original thoughts. They are spending more time copying what the competition has done than listening to what we consumers actually want. Granted, often, we don’t know what we want until we see it. However, throwing gimmicks, vaporware, and new emojis at us and calling them exciting new features would never have happened when Steve Jobs was at the helm.

  36. @cheesecake4you

    March 22, 2025 at 11:04 am

    I don’t care about ai.
I want ios to give us more customizations.
Apple needs to implement an advanced mode and a simple mode.
    Like you have on Samsung.
That way by default you could have the default ios mode which satisfies most users but also an advanced mode for us tech people.

  37. @Olivia_Spencer45

    March 22, 2025 at 12:12 pm

You are right think about learning android apps to practice the new apple design 😂😂. Thanks for your video

  38. @williss9995

    March 22, 2025 at 1:51 pm

You know what’s really exciting. Ditching Apple.

  39. @MaiElizabeth

    March 22, 2025 at 3:39 pm

Anything but circle. I hate circle icons

  40. @nikwademusic7965

    March 22, 2025 at 3:54 pm

lol I wouldn’t mind round icons even tho it’s been a feature for a long while for android devices

  41. @Oscar-f8x1l

    March 22, 2025 at 4:13 pm

The circles if you want to you can put that

  42. @Mshi-

    March 22, 2025 at 4:55 pm

iOS 6 was peak Apple software design

  43. @donelgwapo

    March 22, 2025 at 5:48 pm

    I am annoyed.

  44. @f1pro910

    March 22, 2025 at 5:49 pm

There is nothing left to innovate for the past few years. Phones with sharp edges to curve edges and again back to sharp edges. Icon design from square to circle and back to square 😂

  45. @icymayne

    March 22, 2025 at 6:25 pm

Crazy we get circles instead of real split screen multitasking 🤦🏾‍♂️

  46. @iching8557

    March 22, 2025 at 7:41 pm

    Android in the making. 😂

  47. @Abbidy

    March 22, 2025 at 8:52 pm

The 17 Air might be doable in 2025, the Apples C1 Modem, Carbon Silicon battery technology, and Amoled display, and of course apples own processing chips, all those power efficient hardware would rlly make the thin iphone possible

  48. @nivmhn
