This is a bad idea 👎🏾 it’s reason why it’s a hardware tool not a massaging machine

Hi everyone! Yes, this is not the intended use of a Black & Decker power tool, so use it at your own risk.
Do you have any other devices around the house that you’re using in… unexpected ways? Let me know in the comments!

I had never thought about the idea of converting an orbital sander into a massager. I just ordered one on amazon and am going to give it a try. I was hoping to find a cordless version. but didn’t see one. In a video, on youtube, i saw someone using a Ryobi cordless buffer with a handle but couldn’t find that on amazon.
One thing I found is a wood burner that I use to weld cracks in plastic parts that break. I would also take pieces of similar plastic to seal up holes in the crack or to reinforce the broken area. I have done some things with other devices but can’t recall at the moment what they are. But if you get some other people with ideas and you do videos on them I would be very interested in seeing what they are.

I have had it now for about 3 days and I really like it. I heard comments about the risk of it grabbing hair when used around the neck and head. So to reduce the risk I wear a hood and put the hood on my head and pull the drawstrings and tie and put the string ends tucked in a hoodie. And I use it on my neck and even on my scalp. the cushion on it makes it soft on the scalp and my scalp feels tingly and refreshed after several seconds of using it there. I would like to create some kind of extension handle that would allow me to massage my back with it myself.

I watched this and ordered it from Amazon. Came this morning.
It is amazing. Seriously, as stupid as it seems to use a car buffer as a massager (and looks) it’s the best massage I have ever had with a tool. I own a knockoff theragun; this blows it out of the water.
One gripe is the wool pads are tight and hard to get on.

Massage guns like Theragun = low quality, low strength, low durability compared to actual tools 1/10th -1/2 their price. Massage guns.. worst of the tech industry
