How is she guilty though but NKLA and TSLA aren’t? Everybody lied about their progress and TSLA also were at least partially responsible for autopilot deaths like that guy who got decapitated because autopilot didn’t recognize a truck in the middle of the road and ran straight through it or the other guy whose autopilot ran him into the freeway exit wall, killing him, and giving the driver less than 1 second to respond.

Whataboutism. Man, the Holmes and Evans family sure are doling out the moolah to get people to back up their misbegotten brat. Now the verdict is approaching, you people are working over time.

LoL so Ford and GM weren’t guilty when they didn’t have seatbelts? Nice bs cherry pick on Tesla junior.

    • Chih Chang

      January 4, 2022 at 12:43 am

@PungiFungi what? what are you talking about?

    • Chih Chang

      January 4, 2022 at 12:45 am

@Trung My question is what is the criteria for a guilty verdict that applied to Holmes but not Tesla? And I’m just using Tesla as an example because they actually led to health issues as Holmes’s decisions also did. But yeah almost all tech startups are selling shareholders some predictions for their future that almost all of them fail to achieve.

@Chih Chang how about Holmes actually hired an outsource to do their blood analysis rather than the quick one prick of a needle analysis that they’ve promoted. Big difference on actual hiding and purposely evading and faking a “real” product. Tesla like any other companies are not perfect. Would Samsung be liable for the same verdict with their phones exploding and ruining lives and destroying homes with one of their models blowing up? No, they paid their penalties and went through the legal system to settle. Their mistake was a valuable lesson to continue to improve and reduce those risks. There’s a big difference between defects and actually making fake products and intentionally evading the truth.
There’s a lesson kid, go back and reflect rather than being a sook

    • deplorable federalist

@Mike Johnson…..so are you ignoring all the founders of blm? They collected almost a billion dollars in donations, and all they did with it was buy mansions for themselves. She absolutely would’ve gotten the money…..but I guess we can pretend that you are correct.
