Imperialism caused this war. The United States would rather see countries demolished to get their way. They lied to the people of Ukraine saying that they could join NATO. Now they are lying to them saying they can win this war. There is no ‘winning’. Ukraine was neutral. That’s how it should have stayed. Now the country is destroyed and many people are dead for nothing. NATO is just a war machine at this point. All it provides is death and destruction. People are so gullible. Biden is part of the war machine. He’s not for peace and never has been. He’s part of the old think. The old ways. Germany had a good deal with Russia for their energy needs but were coerced into signing an agreement with the United States because this war is what the United States wanted all along. Putin is so stupid for falling for it. He fell into their trap. Now the Russian people will suffer because that’s what Biden wants. He wants the people of Russia starving and miserable so that they revolt. None of this had to happen. You will not get my support. You will not get my sympathy. You fell for the trap too. Well I am really sorry for whatever has happened in Ukraine and to Ukrainians, and I want to say that these things are all the consequences of being silent against the violence in Afghanistan, Iraq, Yaman, and Palestine we as humans and social creatures are connected to one another and in life things in circles come to us in turn me as a refugee boy who has left his homeland due to violence and tyranny of world and how they are indifference against these evil things and as a student who left his school for an unkown future I understand the situation of Ukrainians. 😓

Couple minutes Googling I see she’s the wife of a Ukrainian oligarch Billionaire involved with all sorts from one of (most likely corrupt) largest steel plants in Ukraine, to (most likely corrupt) Construction Companies in Ukraine, to being elected to Ukraine parliament and seemingly family to former Chairman of Parliament of Ukraine (probably one of the most corrupt parliaments in the world..) so I am all for the well-being of Ukraine’s children, but it’s a bit hypocritical to invite a Ukrainian oligarch to say that she hopes to go back to her (most likely corrupt) Billionaire lifestyle. Being a USD Billionaire in Ukraine, is a really weird thing to be, considering Ukraine is the poorest country in Europe.

The main reason for the war in Ukraine is the confrontation between the United States and Russia. If Ukraine had not joined NATO, Russia would not have attacked Ukraine. Kiev existed long time before the Moscow, and definitely before Lenin. Ukraine is not Nato member, snd even didn’t seriously thought about it till Russia annexed Crimea at 2014. Isn’t a strange thing that so-called ukrainian nazis elected for the president a Jewish?

All the world forgot the situation that happened in Afghanistan. And the world forgot that people of Afghanistan face with some kinds of creatures by the name of Taliban that they are fully uneducated people full illiterate people full of panic and full of foolish people. Even they don’t know about there religious that is islam and use just the name of islam because of their personal interest. And i As a young Afghan who has studied and worked hard for many years that living in a third country with many problems. I really regret the world and the people of the world that forgot it.

Yeah Ukrainian children must go to school , but not all of them.
Ukrainian President Poroshenko declared in 2014 about children in East Ukraine:
“… Our children will go to schools and kindergartens – their children will sit in basements. Because they don’t know how to do anything. That’s how we will win this war”.

No, all this could have been avoided if russia wasn’t a sick country with imperialistic views. And how is Ukraine different to all the other countries that expressed a willingness to join nato or joined it? Ukraine, as other nations, is free to join (or apply to join) whatever it desires. I don’t see how it is related to one nation invading other sovereign nation.

@Kate Didyk will USA let Mexico sign Warsaw pact with Russians/Soviet Union? JFK would nuke the mexico if they didnt withdraw and USSR being responsible power did that as USA from turkey , no superpower wants nato or usa at their border Russia gave warning and concerns from a decade and Eu did promised not an inch expansion towards USSR after German reunification being Indian we want USA and Russia to become friends china is watching and we all should be concerned about them not Russia.

@Sachin this is a very hypothetical scenario, cause let’s be honest who, in their mind, would like to join that? On the other hand, countries like Lithuania, Latvia, Poland joined NATO, and countries like Sweden and Finland are considering. Ukraine also had a fair reason to want a NATO membership and this war is just a valid justification of this reason. There is nothing that justifies Russia’s invasion, nothing. Ukraine is a free country and if it has an insane neighbor, this neighbor would always find a reason. Russia is a country that has been such a shithole for generations and instead of taking itself out of this shithole, they have always seen power in bloody conflicts. My point is that Ukraine would follow the nato path as it’s been doing for a very long time, because it always was aware of insanity and danger of its neighbor.

@Kate Didyk Russian ancestors owned all the present Ukraine land not justifying but saying two hands needed to clap not one and west just played hide and seek of giving NATO status and later even didn’t enlisted them tough they just watched and gave some weapons only.. USA when self imposed embargo not to deploy troops on foreign soil after afgahn blunder and lifted out of Kabul embassy at night says new world order is shaping USA has so stomach to defend allies and aren’t the Superpower they were before 50 years and India want USA to be superpower but USA dont want to be superpower u cant control world order via command centre room located somewhere in Washington we need boots on ground.

In Antalya, Turkey, Ukrainian refugees have established a Ukrainian school in a week time. A school from the scratch, without financial aid, without sponsors. It’s been working for a month now. All teachers, psychologists, managers are volunteers. Kids are absolutely happy and are recovering fast. I’m proud of Ukrainian unity and strength of our women.
