how arbitrary is the 30 minute variable?
have there been studies comparing which is optimally effective—moving every hour, half-hour or 45 minutes?
this sounds like the 10,000 step hoax! even apple watch sets ghe stand-up ratio at 60 minutes.
the goal is to move more not to be a time manager
it’s so silly to think any working person could get up & move around willy-nilly every half hour!
