@Acklon You CAN control teachers. Incentive good ones, fire and discipline the bad. You actually can’t control AI. One poisoning and it’s impossible to get it back to its original programming.

@Acklon all research so far shows that people do not learn the same from screens/technology as they do in person and hands on. A person who reads a digital book does not retain information as well as the physical book reader. The online student doesn’t learn and take away information as well as the student with an in person teacher. And using screens in school also contributes to screen addiction and brain deterioration.

Yes, some teachers are bad at teaching, but using AI in schools or, god forbid, to replace teachers, is completely detrimental to education

Where you live shapes your relationships, your emotions and even how long you live, says community designer Zach DeBoer. After studying what a century of building cities around cars has done to downtowns in the US, he turned to lessons from some of the most walkable, carefully designed streets in the country: the ones inside Disney theme parks. With ideas ranging from narrower roads to buildings that pull you around the next corner, he offers a practical guide to turning ordinary downtowns into magical places people want to explore.
