If you go diskless you will be nothing but a piggy bank to any company as”( you will own nothing and be happy with it )”!!! You will pay monthly and have nothing in return the whole world is going mad if I’m paying for something it’s mine and can’t be took away

Surprised the DEI team at Microsoft didn’t complain about it being “too White”.

*simply sees any object that’s white in color*
“lol the non-white people I’m imagining are so triggered by this”

This level of brain poisoning is just so genuinely breathtakingly pathetic.

I buy consoles so i can still get physical copies of games, if they all go digital i will just return to superior PC gaming.

um no lol the real xbox was leaked in the xbox data mine earlier this year. its round like a cylinder and has a haptic controller, so what you’re looking at is a dev kit shell being used on an old looking model of xbox.

Having no disc is convenient but eliminates competition. Only place to buy the game is at Microsoft at the price they ask.

I love how many of you are speaking out against digital! Let’s get louder!! They don’t want us to own anything, we’re not falling for it!!! Stop buying digitally!! Read Activision/Blizzard updated terms of agreement regarding digital purchases!

It looks like they are gonna make a external disc drive for this Xbox series X but make it worth my wild by adding more ports to the disc drive a long side the ports on the system

One of the reasons for me to buy an Xbox/playstation is the chance to play my Blu-ray collection. So, thanks, but no thanks

Would much prefer a more expensive but more powerful version instead.

is days like these I’m glad I am a PC gamers. consoles are a nightmare. Microsoft really doesn’t know what they are doing…

I have had a series s since 2021 and I was very interested in the cylinder brooklyn model when that was leaked. I just broke down and got the series x last week. Glad I did if the new box is gonna be a just a white same shape. I don’t play any physical games but could use the DVD player for the rare times our family wants to play a disk.

  22. @GetTheFOutOfMyWay

    March 29, 2024 at 6:03 pm

“Are you ok with your console not having a disk drive?” You… say that as if we have a choice… Or like we have a choice to play a game WE OWN off line…. ????

  23. @byrongrant6316

    March 29, 2024 at 8:08 pm

I love xbox, but will never support this as long as a series x with a disk drive exists. Same with Playstation 5. Physical as long as I can.

  24. @Astro-ct5qn

    March 29, 2024 at 8:16 pm

What Microsoft should have done in the 1st place was have an all digital Xbox series x and a series x with a disc drive instead of the series s. Now the series s is going to be fazed out and will be just be the digital and physical drive series x
