    I’m sure I can run backwards faster than this guy, but I don’t know that I can keep it up for 3 miles! I picked up the habit after reading that it’s actually better for the knees, and it certainly does feel better!

    I found I could run backwards for longer, faster, and easier than forwards way back in highschool. Everyone laughed at me though so I stopped… god why are classmates so cruel.

    KneesOverToes YouTube channel kinda did this whole concept years ago for training the ligaments to remove knee pain. There are exercise for shoulders, hips, and vertical leaps.
