Honda should do what Ford did with the model T offer this sedan only in black, and if you don’t like it go to get a different brand

Honda is way behind on the EV game. Honda has some great engineers and make everything from lawn mowers to small passenger jets, but their EV efforts have been mixed at best.
The Honda Prologue ESUV is based on the GM Disappontium, I mean Ultium platform which has been a train wreck. That does not make me feel good about that model.
Honda has their Sony partnership vehicle which may never see production. These oddly 1980’s concept vehicle looking concepts feel kind of hollow. How much of this will make it to production is hard to say, but I was guess very little will and by 2026 is even less likely.

what i want from new cars is not innovation in this kinds of ways. i want innovation in making cars easier to repair for nonmechanics, like brake pads that slide in and out with minimal stuff required compared to old school ways. or engine bay layouts that have easier access to everything. etc. also i want innovation in cars to be built more simply and cheaply. there is a huge market of buyers who just simply want a cheaper more simple car. the car makers that innovate in THAT direction i think will hit a large audience.
