    the thing is, while we are socializing people are constantly looking for validation consciously or not, so saying out loud is a really good way psychologically. But expressing that in other way is even harder, so this is a good way to start

    My parents never say anything to me and it took me until I leave my country to stay away from them to really occur to me, maybe they just love me but couldn’t express it.
