The video on airplane mode tests – are the iPhone 13 numbers last year results or reran this year with iOS 16 results? Aka is iOS 16 partly to blame for the iPhone 14 shorter battery life?

When you compared iPhone 14 series with iPhone 13 series, did you have all phones on the same version of iOS 16?

A lot of people are saying iOS 16 is the culprit so want to know if it’s an Apples to Apples comparison

My 13 Pro Max on IOS16.0.2 is still getting 12-16 hours of screen on time on a single charge. Disabled 5G, turned off backgroud app refresh for apps that didnt need it, and leave screen brightness below 50% most the time. Still blown away with how long it lasts compared to everything else.

My 13 pro max hasn’t been that great especially as I got more and more software updates, it was unreal for the first few months and then now I done tried everything but it’s been pretty downhill. Gonna give it a few more months then just get a battery replacement

On a standard iPhone 13 here, and same story – after a year, still getting 2 full days out of it, still at 100% max capacity. Best battery I’ve ever had in a phone by a large margin.

My battery health was 100% but after a few weeks with Ios 16, I lost 2% of my battery health.
Don’t update to Ios 16 it will kill your battery life so quick, how is that possible to lose 2% in just 3-4 weeks with much less use than I used to.

I must be doing something wrong, but I’m getting a solid 3 days of battery life on my 14PM with normal use, and 2 days of heavy use.

Upload vs download speed: which one is actually making your home internet feel slow? If your video calls freeze, your files take forever to sync, or your livestream stutters, the problem is usually your upload speed — and most providers don’t advertise it. In this video, we break down the difference between upload and download speed, what symmetrical internet speed means, and how GFiber (formerly Google Fiber) delivers 100% fiber internet with upload speeds that match your download speeds on every plan.
GFiber has kept the same monthly price for gigabit internet since 2012 — no annual contracts, no forced bundles, free installation, and month-to-month flexibility. See what real customers say on the GFiber channel: youtube.com/@GFiber

Deep tech entrepreneur D. Scott Phoenix spent years building AI — now, he believes we’re on the cusp of a profound merger between humans and machines. Reframing the AI debate through the lens of evolutionary biology, he shifts the question from whether we should fear or embrace AI to whether we understand what’s at stake if we get it wrong.
