When you manually start a workout on the Fitbit Edge, you lose access to the media controls. If you start exercising and let it track in the background, you can access everything. Very weird.

I’m not quite sure why they chose to have music controls over NFC. If you want to control music, that means you have headphones / ear pods on, from which you can already control your music. Having on Edge is redundant, whereas there seems to be much hue and cry over no NFC. Since I’m still limping along w/my Charge 2, ANYTHING will be an upgrade!
