The weight doesn’t bother me cause it is a lite tablet. Can’t wait for the next one. Better dimensions with better hardware.

You can resize and reposition the split keyboard. Both Samsung keyboard and gboard support this.

Under Display Camera is a bonus.

Thank you for the great review I expect my Z trifles on March 12th is some of the things you mentioned and didn’t like I believe some of those applications like Instagram might do better in portrait mode and I’ve seen other people switch to a floating keyboard to deal with the typing issues so I will try that thank you very much

Charging from 0% to 61% in just half an hour is impressive

Thank you, I’ll never have $3000 to buy a phone, but at least you gave me something to fantasize about.

I like more the Z Fold 7 cause like she mentioned; when is closed it feels and looks like a regular phone, but this Tri Fold is way to thick when is close, the only benefit that I see on this phone is the bigger screen but is that really necessary, at least not for me

  17. @xthabarber

    February 23, 2026 at 5:24 pm

The Tri Fold looks tempting but im perfectly happy with my Z Fold 7 ❤

  18. @FelizNaveedsBalls

    February 23, 2026 at 6:37 pm

I’ll hold onto my iPad pro 13 inch with 5g and a phone app for half the price and no lines. I had sams7ng Ultra phones for over 10 years, and I still had android, I would get the 14″ tab for 1/3 of this thing.

  19. @SearchingForeScratch

    February 23, 2026 at 6:46 pm

Two of the “cons” were strictly due to user error

  22. @ondray29

    February 23, 2026 at 8:15 pm

Does portrait mode not work when it’s in tablet layout??? Seems like that would fix everything you complained about (typing, social media, etc). Strange you didn’t mention this.

  23. @Khyranleander

    February 23, 2026 at 8:18 pm

Dunno if we aging folks are the target, but larger screens for eyes going bad & screen keyboards that don’t take much dexterity to make use of? Those sound pretty dang good. Thanks for the breakdown!

  24. @florious80

    February 23, 2026 at 8:19 pm

The split keyboard can be resized so it isn’t as much of a stretch to type, just FYI.

  25. @batista7190

    February 23, 2026 at 8:28 pm

Hello, The split keyboard can be resized to help out with the having to stretch

  26. @weekendwarrior8179

    No spen, no thank you

  27. @ttrotary7

    February 23, 2026 at 10:12 pm

The solution to the typing is you resize the split keyboard to fit what you need….

  28. @RGC04

    February 23, 2026 at 10:51 pm

Floating keyboard on the tablet part?

    • @busterhoodstar6598

      February 24, 2026 at 1:09 pm

You can split the keyboard, enlarge or reduce it.

You may consider resizing your keyboard or utilizing the floating keyboard feature. Samsung devices offer extensive customization options that you might find beneficial.

I’m still waiting for the s26

  33. @prashantmorla7818

    February 24, 2026 at 3:17 am

The problems don’t even seem like a big deal. Only if it contains a pen then it could be a groundbreaking tech.

  34. @LJLMETAL

    February 24, 2026 at 3:37 am

I’ll definitely get the Z Tri-Fold. However, I just don’t know when. I wish it was a little thicker. It will be able to pack a digitizer, and a bigger battery. I hope it comes out for AT&T.

  35. @ChicagoBob123

    February 24, 2026 at 4:22 am

3K is a high end laptop. So no this price doesn’t make sense. I’m waiting for the wide fold. To see what that’s like.

  36. @fajarkurniawan9434

    February 24, 2026 at 5:23 am

so the cons of trifold is basically the cons of any tablet : too heavy, app not full screen supported, keyboard too stretched….
    got it

  37. @aburaselshontu

    February 24, 2026 at 5:42 am

Seems Huawei Trifold is better to me

  38. @otherZinc

Very few will buy this, because it is not solving any problems or needed.

  41. @FfyhHhi

    February 24, 2026 at 8:51 am

But ask ur self when you can get a 13inch tablet for £160 teclast t65 series why buy a trifold for 3k

  42. @mwgwin

    February 24, 2026 at 9:09 am

Can I buy it off you if you are done with it? 🙏 🙏

  43. @nononsense129

  45. @shonen84

    February 24, 2026 at 11:36 am

I feel this Trifold is like the Edge was the preview of the iPhone Air. Great overview, thanks!

  46. @zmyGe

    February 24, 2026 at 12:48 pm

Cheaper to buy a new phone and a tablet. Instead of an all in one lmao

  47. @bonclay2262

    February 24, 2026 at 1:02 pm

I am just waiting for wide fold. Hopefully it gets 16:10 ratio 9 inch display with under 230g.

  48. @busterhoodstar6598

    February 24, 2026 at 1:08 pm

Love mine. I can still screen capture and write. After having it for about a month, portrait mode is the best way to use it for everything except for movies, which should be viewed in landscape mode.
I have a great case with mag safe ring that encompasses the entire phone and leaves no part of the phone exposed to damage. Dex is awesome and the screen size is ideal, considering how small it folds up.

  49. @KnightMD

    February 24, 2026 at 2:35 pm

Waiting for the Fold Wide tbh. I need the stylus.

  50. @DenniSundaY

    February 24, 2026 at 5:56 pm

“there’s a roomy 8-in main display, but that’s not really the size of a tablet.” Me shedding a tear while putting away my iPad mini
