Don’t worry, there are transphobic servers… But the other servers won’t link to you.

@Bryant Mitchell yea that’s good. I want a free speech platform. Not a transphobe free zone like old Twitter.

So it’s basically Reddit, with even more ultra left-wing censorship

If it has moderators, then who’s moderating the moderators? Because they’ll be censors in chief. They’ll probably censor you if your views differ from your government on certain issues and wars or medical treatments! That wouldn’t be freedom of speech, but people who think alike zone!

    Mastodon is a band

    • Victor Gil

      November 10, 2022 at 3:07 pm

For a moment I was thinking… what does have to do Mastodon (the band) with CNET?

    • Matt Howell

      November 12, 2022 at 6:09 am

Actually, a mastodon is a Proboscidean that became extinct during the Pleistocene era between 10,000 and 11,000 years ago.

  11. Power and Control

    November 10, 2022 at 4:32 pm

As long as it has freedom of expression, it’s welcome. Please stop censoring.

I am from the future: all the idiots that claimed to move to mastodon are still on twitter. Instead of moving they cry about how bad twitter is and how they move to mAsToDoN soon

  15. Brady McDaniel

    November 10, 2022 at 9:07 pm

    Active moderation sounds like censorship
