    i imagine once people stop trying to throw it like that, they will break that record by quite a good bit. (unless its specifically required)
    would still need the spin…
    (smaller person would likely be better when the throw technique changes even…)

    So I’m a skinny little twig. I used to do track, and I wanted to do shotput. Lmao, i looked so stupid. Everyone else there was so bulky (not fat shaming but they had some muscle) and there was just me, the uncooked spaghetti arms.
