    I prefer a wet brine. Roasted sprouts (olive oil, garlic, S&P) are best, but on T-Day, there’s not enough room in the oven, even though I have two.

    I’ve always made cornstarch slurry using the liquid I’m thickening….I never knew this wasn’t an option/normal to be honest 😀

    Brussels sprouts shredded, tossed in olive oil salt pepper, broiled till toasty and then light to moderate sprinkle with nice parmigiana, back in for a few minutes Then maybe a drizzle of balsamic I’ve added pine nuts to the cheese step too. ????
