I’ve seen a lot of robots in my time, but seeing Ameca react in real time throughout our interview kind of blew my mind! What’s your vote, cool or creepy?

@Sandra Essary changes in the “brain” , the substrate doesn’t matter. and how it forms, or the nature of the representation, also doesn’t matter. so long as it exists. their brain is nothing but an analog neural network of electric potentials tied together through a feedback loop.

We made our robot look like the killer robots from the ‘iRobot’ Will Smith movie but we gave it the smile of an unhappy kid asked to smile for a camera.

Reality reflects Art, Art reflects reality, both bounce off each other.
    Random thought, open to opinions.

Comic’s and history show us, the military industrial complex always takes usage, ownership, follow the science.

I’ve seen a lot of creepy looking people in my lifetime. So this robot is on par for being a human. So this is def amazing.

This looks like CGI to me. Creates a life-like robot but uploads in 1080p.

Sarif was right about one thing. It’s in our nature to want to rise above our limits. Think about it. We were cold, so we harnessed fire. We were weak, so we invented tools. Every time we met an obstacle, we used creativity and ingenuity to overcome it. The cycle is inevitable.
