Black creators on the platform have been found to earn less than their White counterparts even through the same brand partnerships. Spencer says diverse TikTok influencers not only face societal, systemic racism but also algorithmic racism and shares what her company, Whalar, is doing to tackle the problem. They speak to Emily Chang on “Bloomberg Technology.”

      They hid comments to sort by new, if they talk facts now. Look at it if you dont believe me, there is a lot more comments there and it says 8 comments no? But only 3 show and bloomberg allowed the scambots for comments and deleted 2 of mine until they moderator actually I guess got a clue.

    Guy seems kinda dumb. Funny time where racism means you only get 10k for making a dumb tiktok instead of 30k (even though it’s really because you didn’t negotiate or had no leverage.) The woman is just exploiting “systemic racism” to profit off of black creators. Very clever!
