    Never seen Tim spelled with two m’s. My name is also Tim and I’m going to start spelling mine with 3-4 m’s. When people ask me why I’ll tell them it’s because u want the m’s to be pronounced the same as the sound one makes when they eat something tasty because I am in fact very yummy.

      Interesting. Mine is short for Timothy. With the double m’s and gender neutrality I’d be curious if the full name is Timm or if it’s short for something.

      On the content solid concept! I’ve been doing gratitude for a few years and it is also a game changer.

      I do one thing about myself, another person and the world in general that I’m grateful for! I feel incredibly self aware and so grounded.

      I’ve also been able to run the lists through Chat and find patterns of thinking common words and phrases. Someone asked me what my “love languages” are. I had no idea what that meant, but I was able to use my gratitude to figure it out. It’s also super honest so having that data lets you gain so many insights.

      I’ve watched this talk three times now and I’m thinking of altering my practice a little to incorporate appreciation into it as well.

    Long time follower. You hit the nail in the head why I never took to gratitude journals. It felt transactional. I started writing my favorite part of my day instead or something I saw that I thought was beautiful. Actively looking for the positive thought throughout day so I have something to write about.

      Thank you for this perspective. I practice having gratitude. However, just appreciating seem as though it would be more beneficial. Not sure how appreciation would be entirely nontraditional, though, without no prior knowledge or perception of what is or could be. Food for thought for me, for sure! Thank you for commenting.     Nobody warned me how emotional this journey would get. Manifest the Divine by Elena River had me facing things I ignored for years. But damn… once I applied what she teaches, everything started opening up. Feels like I’m finally moving again. ❤

    Manifest the Divine by Elena River showed me that manifesting isn’t about forcing outcomes. It’s about aligning your beliefs with your actions. When I started doing that, things actually moved. Feels good to feel hopeful again. Crazy book, def a must read❤

    I was legit at my lowest when I found Manifest the Divine by Elena River. Couldn’t focus, kept doubting myself, everything felt stuck. This book gave me direction again. Not in a magical way, but in a grounded, real way. It changed my energy completely. Things have been flowing ever since❤

    Sorry but this is a load of crap. The answer to the question at 7:30 is YES. Because others expect us to do better regardless of our circumstances so why shouldn’t we expect that back? The problem is, you can’t appreciate something or someone just because they are. There’s always a give an take or some agenda. You wouldn’t appreciate something that does not give you any value.
