Model Y is best selling CAR (forget EV for a second) worldwide. Rockets are being reused. And a paraplegic guy is telepathically playing video games as we speak.

You thinking turning wheels on a car and avoiding objects on the road is impossible? ????

  24. @KP-gb8nk

Generally if a media outlet reports something, Mr. Musk is quick to call them out; rather bluntly at that. He has been quiet on this one (as far as I know) which makes me wonder if there is some truth to this report. Delay to October would not be a big deal IF the eventual the reveal is significant. Delay would also not be surprising given His history. My speculation: He just pulled a date out of a hat (or wherever) and the team scrambled to meet it (there have been reports in the past that teams at Tesla keep an eye on His tweets to stay on top of their ever changing goals). Now it became clear to everyone including Mr. Musk that it was an impossible ask to begin with.
Interestingly Tesla’s army of YouTube fanboys has been very quiet about this one.
PS: capitalizing Mr. Musk’s pronouns somehow feels appropriate ????
