Musk took to X, writing “And no one is even trying to assassinate Biden/Kamala”….he deleted it soon after; therefore he knew it was wrong. Hence the investigation by Secret Servce

Lock him up for wanting the death or assassination of the current sitting VPOTUS! We have heard him repeatedly calling for their death or injury by force or riot.

The Secret Service has in its records hundreds if not thousands of cases in which people said something worse than Elon but were never investigated because what they said, though worse than what Elon said, was still not bad enough to constitute a credible threat of violence towards the president. Presumably Elon’s attorneys can subpoena those records and use them to prove that the Service let a mountain of worse statements slide. Those records would demonstrate that the investigation of Elon is politically motivated, which of course it is if the Biden administration is ordering the investigation. Moreover, America knows Elon well enough to know that he’s “on the spectrum” and therefore says things on occasion that are socially awkward or emotionally unintelligent. America also knows him well enough to know that he wouldn’t intentionally try to incite violence against the president. First, he’s not stupid enough to think that he could ever get away with something like that given his ultra high profile and the fact that in recent years the Dems are suffering from an acute case of lynch mob fever. Second, he’s obviously not a violent person nor depraved enough to incite the president’s murder. Indeed, as shown by his commitment to free speech principles, he manifestly rejects the use of force to achieve domestic political ends.
