It’s alright, but I *really* want to just stream my Xbox Series X to my Macbook. Sony have an app for this, MS really need to stop being obstinate.

Soooooo…this vid is about the experience not actually how to set up Xcloud on your Windows/iOS device. If anyone knows where to go to setup and start accessing Xcloud from the browser that would be great! I got the message that I can but no actual instructions were given in the message. Thx!

I tried playing games on my pc with Xbox cloud and surprised how much space it took on my pc and the games were super slow so I hope the tech gets better

@What to eat it still takes up space on your pc. Have you installed Xbox cloud on a Windows PC?

      May 7, 2021 at 3:26 am

@BKLYN Gamer 77 plus they still have yet to solve the latency issues. I don’t think they ever will as games get larger

Works much better on Android. Still infant tech.

  12. AndyG1714

    May 6, 2021 at 2:30 pm

I’d hand it down to Android tablets, they’re cheap and you don’t need the performance for cloud gaming.

does this only work with specific games or will any game that you have attached to your xbox account work?

    • PSW

      May 7, 2021 at 7:45 pm

There is no lag bro. I haven’t tried xcloud on ios, but on windows and my android. There was no lag at all. I completed so many races, played multiplayer on Forza Horizon 4 with no lag at all. I played many multiplayer games on xcloud with no lag.

For someone like me who wants to upgrade from a ps3 do i need to have a console to get this to work? Do I need a subscription? Could I just get by with an iPad and controller?

    • Richard Rowe

      May 6, 2021 at 6:01 pm

In theory all you would need is an iPad and a game pass ultimate subscription

  19. KingJaffyjoffar718

    May 6, 2021 at 5:33 pm

This guy said ” I dont think were there yet” YEAH! not on IOS or macbook but WE are definitely there on PC, ANDROID and XBOX. You’re just not there yet. Apple is not there yet, but let’s be serious apple has never been there when it comes to gaming……..so im not surprised.

cloud gaming never going to bypass physical games. the pass 5 years their been a push but Google failed with stadia. it might exist with physical games but no its not taking over, that would require your average consumer to have internet with 4k speeds. oof

Just playing doom through my 1000/1000 fiber connection. Still laggy. Cloud gaming always going to have that bad latency, no way around it.
