90% of the youtubers are apple biased, if it was a windows laptop they would be bashing it and telling everybody how bad it is, and they won’t even used it, but since it is an apple product even if the laptop doesn’t work or even turn on they would still use it as their daily driver

      May 4, 2020 at 10:55 pm

I wouldn’t really consider it a big deal. While still shallow, at the very least it has a little more clickyness. It’s also completely sealed, so it doesn’t have the same reliability issues as the butterfly keyboard. It’s even repels liquid.

Never had any problems with the butterfly keyboard on my pro 13 inch. Just got the magic keyboard on my ipad pro, and i prefer the butterfly (maybe because im used to them). But a cool, but small update????

I thought I was lucky with my 2018 15” with the butterfly keyboard, but in the passed 2 months I’ve had two buttons get stuck. Can’t even go and get the laptop fixed cause I need it for school neither are many Apple repair shops are open

  37. ritobt

    May 5, 2020 at 4:18 pm

if you had $3k, would you recommend the new 13 or the 16 inch MBP? usage is mostly computation (like data science) + some minor photo editing.
