How is the connection to a windows laptop? And can you connect them to another device while connected to one device, or do you have to to disconnect them first?

Jabra elite 75t are giving people so many problems particularly with the left earbud not working properly and distorted sound at high volume. Just look at reddit, it’s flooded with people complaining about the those earbuds, soooooo many issues. I’m waiting for my galaxy buds to arrive tomorrow

Wearing mask is useless if you don’t wear protection for the eyes because virus would also get in there

David Carnoy I was obviously joking, but since it went over your head… unsubscribed!

Wow a CNET comparison video without an Apple product? Is this real life? He did of course have to mention Airpods several times even though they aren’t part of the video.

I hope the pixel buds charging issues are fixed. I hate my gen 1 pixel buds and always feel like smashing them into a wall????????‍♂️

    • J Chase

      May 5, 2020 at 4:44 am

Yup. Totally fixed now. Went thru 3 pair of gen 1s, so I know that wall well.

From what Eye can see, you’re wearing your buds in the wrong position. The arch should be more in the up position versus the down position you have yours in (meaning the arch should be higher in your ear). That should help with that comfort issue you mentioned. Great early look!

Your reviews and video presence are both great. You are definitely a major at CNET. So please, please get your teeth ‘whitened’.

For whatever reason, that yellow shirt really highlighted how yellow your teeth are. They don’t need to be Halle Berry white, but they definitely need some lightening up.

    Keep ’em comin. Thanks.

    • David Carnoy

      May 4, 2020 at 11:08 pm

Could use some Halle Barry white.

The problem with Google products is they seem to think Apple is the only competitor they need to copy or compete with. And they always fall short then stop updating and abandon ship to screw over eveyone who bought whatever they bought a year and a half ago. I’m not a fan of Apple’s elite attitude and pricing but google and Samung as well are almost as bad.

Pixel Buds are IP54 not IPX4… Why do people keep saying they are IPX4?

Imma be real. I currently have the samsung galaxy buds in my possession but I LOVE how the pixel buds 2 look

I think I’m the only one whom didn’t like the sonys mx3 they even fell out when I sat still. Returned
them after a week. I preferred 1more stylish did sound great but I lost them. So I went for the Jabra elite active 75t and they fit very well have great sound. And I don’t rely care for anc the passiv is good enough. fof me

after 4 month quarantine, pixel buds tastes like mentos…

  28. J Chase

    May 5, 2020 at 4:42 am

That’s what I always liked about the original Pixel Buds— I could hear my surroundings. If I didn’t, I’d wear my over-ear, noise cancelling Sonys.

    What is transparency mode

    • Supama Devu

      May 5, 2020 at 12:59 pm

I guess is the same as Samsung ambient sound , it uses external mics to amplify the surroundings so could be more aware of what’s going on around you.

Galaxy buds plus are made by which country????
    Please answer me ????????????????

  40. Cliff M

    May 5, 2020 at 8:51 pm

    Fact:

“I have the Pixel Buds 2 for some days already and I’ll still choose my Samsung Galaxy Buds+”

    Galaxy Buds+ Advantage:
    * Battery life is much longer
    * Mic is clearer with S20 Ultra & iPad Pro 2020, when doing audio/video calling
    * Sound has more bass & treble
    * Accidentally put buds+ in washing machine for more than 20 minutes and still working like new
    * It fits snugly and it doesn’t hurt at all & looks better!
    * And many more advantages….

(By the way, y’all will notice that all PAID TECH REVIEWERS, are like ADS by Google)

Have a great day to y’all

Same, very disappointed in Google pixel buds.

  41. Ahmed Mudkip

    May 5, 2020 at 9:47 pm

    3:55 I believe the Galaxy Buds+ are IPX2 not IPX4 ????

  42. Trevyn Meyer

    May 5, 2020 at 11:32 pm

I have pixel buds 2. Choppy sound in apps, too quiet.

Galaxy pods are better for volume, and stability.

Pixel.pods 2 are lighter and better ambient sound. But really poor software rn.
