Meet the G1 Robot by Unitree Robotics

Another day, another wild contortionist robot. This one is called G1, made by Unitree Robotics. It can handle a punch, crack a walnut, and pack away for safekeeping. Not bad if you’ve got an extra $16K burning a hole in your wallet. #Unitree #UnitreeRobotics #robots #ai #bostondynamics #tech

It’s inevitable. They’re already starting to attach guns to robot dogs so won’t be too long before they give them to the humanoid robots.

I think that battery life is the only thing that’ll keep the robots from taking over someday. Never give them an unlimited internal energy supply.

A battery life of only 2 hours? At $16K!?!? When you have it priced where every household can afford one, like they did with computers and the battery life is more like 8 hours plus, then you will become a multimillionaire!!
