I’m really happy for today ๐Ÿ˜‰. I finally got my profit of $330,000 on my crypto investment after feeling so escatic and heavy minded that nothing good can come out of it…a big thanks to Blaine Phillips jr. I learned a lot about buying when there is fear in the market . I use to get shaken out and panic sell but now I buy more when I see the low prices

His strategy has been helping a lot of traders/newbies out there, with his program i was able to recover my losses from the crash so swiftly. Most people think, Investing in crypto is all about buying coin and leaving it to rise, ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€ common it takes much analysis to be a successful crypto trader

    Let’s be honest.
People who fall for financial scams, are doing so due to their greed.
Also,if i m dying and I have 600.000 dollars to spare, the last thing i would care abt is getting money back from someone who clearly needed it, and was willing to risk .
What good is it if she goes to prison (because there’s no way to recover the funds). A loss for everyone ,instead of at least having 1 better off(and alive).

I’d love to see a Ted Talk that addresses the ever growing climate change scam being thrust opon society. Al Gore said we’d be underwater by now. Climate is important but grifters have turned it into a scam.

Finding out afterwards is the worst because you feel like such a failure for not seeing it sooner and that guilt clouds your thinking and slows your actions further.

By the time my sister and I realized that mom had a dementia problem, she had invited an abuser into her home to cohabitate and the police told us that since he was invited into her home by her that there was nothing that they could do.

One after another, agencies and NGOs failed to provide any help when we reached out to them. The system had multiple breakdowns at various points. The lady who handled elder abuse complaints at the Area On Aging local chapter for Akron Ohio was off because she was an expecting mother. The animal welfare outfit took a report of hoarding from us but the investigation never happened.

This went on for 3 years. Until finally – knowing that sis and I were hip to his con and were gunning for him – he took mom on the lamb for three and a half months! For that time we had no idea where our mom was or if she was even still alive. It was a dark and confusing time. Even mom’s brothers and sisters offered little help. In fact one of moms sisters who is a licensed psychologist told my little sister that, “no one in this family would blame you if you just wrote her off”! What family says that about one of their own?

Thank God for Facebook and the Massillon Ohio police department. Within an hour of posting a silver alert on their home page, her abuser himself called the police to retort her whereabouts. He was never charged or prosecuted and he had stolen her entire life’s savings and was still gobbling up her monthly pension from the ATM around town.

We had even gone so far as to conduct surveillance on this character. Tracked his movements. Even did out own forensic examination of mom’s finances and bank accounts. We trackrd his movements and withdrawal actions and documented all of it for the country prosecutor and he just ignored the work we had done on his behalf in furtherance of justice.

Mom is okay now. Her Alzheimers has stabilized from her rapid decline. She is in an excellent memory care facility in Fairlawn Ohio now.

We had to detoxify her house – had a professional crew come clean it up after we cleared out all of her belongings and hoarded junk and animals. We had to sell the house at well below market value. We had to offload it quickly to continue paying for her care. Instead of the $165,000 it would’ve gotten if kept nicely, it sold to a neighbor for the bargain basement price of $94,000. And mom’s plan for an idyllic retirement went poof with its sale.

Before people get old, setup a banking process that limits spending to everyday transactions to that one account.

Other accounts which store the bulk of your assets should be inaccessible unless you specifically need it, verified by a bank manager (remember those?).

We have the technology to end phone scams but the phone companies will not implement them. Why? I believe it is because they are profiting from it.
As a member of law enforcement you could go after the phone providers for aiding and abetting these criminals.

When I wanted my phone provider to help me with eliminating these scam calls all they wanted was to charge me more money.

Itโ€™s a shame that the technology exists to cut down on these crimes but our phone providers only want to profit from them.

The phone companies are one with the scammers.

So why donโ€™t YOU do something?

Donโ€™t talk about it, act on it.

It happened to me five years ago when I was 65 and I vowed never to let it happen again. It didn’t cost me much but I know I should have have told the plumber to just F.Off. He overcharcharged me a rediculous amount for just unblocking a sick. It took him five seconds and he took $195.00 for the job.

*_1 Love_* is the foundation of everything good. If you love, you will never exploit or be exploited.
*_2_* Itโ€™s a jungle out there. Be generous and polite but donโ€™t trust anybody concerning money, including men and women of the cloth.
*_3 Never_* give your social security number or your financial information to anybody over the phone or on emails.

As ones ability to think critically declines, the emotional side of ones brain takes over. When the people you are emotionally bonded too are unethical you lose the ability to protect your interests. I wonder if there might be some way to train people so that their emotions donโ€™t override their critical thinking.
