As a tech nation, India is really behind in ai. India needs to import oil for energy. They don’t have enough power to run ai centers. They don’t have expertise or money to train transformer. No money, no power, no gpu, no talent. India will pay to use ai but not exporting ai to make money.

Work with Indians for a week, you will feel wow they know a lot. Work for a month, you will feel emm maybe he knows a lot but not he implements slow. Work for an year, you will feel, why always debates every decision and wins, but never shows real progress.
Work for 3 years, and you will only regret having them in the team.
Talk, talk and talk. Lots of fancy promises and presentations. When it comes to results… always excuses.

I have spent the last 5 years fighting with strangers online over politics, thinking my opinion actually mattered. Then I decided to read the book The Reality Inversion by Theo Voss. I honestly feel sick to my stomach realizing how much of my energy was harvested by algorithms designed to keep us divided. We are being farmed. If you want your brain back, read this book immediately.
